Andy C finally brings us the long-awaited ‘Till Dawn’ that he’s been teasing us with for 3 years. For a while the RAM Records head has been quiet on the releases front, whilst he’s been smashing out huge sets across the globe including his current residency at London club XOYO.

But he’s back big time with ‘Till Dawn’, the track used as the powerful intro to his monumental All Night show at Wembley Arena last November, during which he dropped it with 5 other tunes including Moving Fusion’s ‘Turbulence’ and Culture Shock’s ‘Vice Chase’.

The track opens with a light and jazzy feel, but don’t be fooled – you can hear the pulsing bass rising from the deep bringing something darker with it. Then come the weighty drums that have been characteristic of Andy’s productions in recent years.

Then we’re hit with the strong main bass riff – this one’s the kind you’ll have stuck in your head on the way home from a rave, especially if you’ve been lucky enough to see Andy play until dawn at one of his legendary 5+ hour sets. Soon the drums are flying back in and the tune’s in full swing, this drop is full of the high-energy style he’s renowned for in his mixing and his tunes.

Soon everything disappears and we’re left in the midst of a mysterious breakdown – as the glowing synths, the chanting vocals and the menacing, gritty bass fade back in it really does feel like the sun breaking through the horizon at dawn. If you haven’t yet experienced that breakdown in a rave it’s a truly magical moment, then before long it’s right back into it at full pelt. Andy C’s first single release since 2017’s ‘What Bass’ has definitely proved to be a big one.

So what’s next for Andy C? With his residency terrorising XOYO every week and the hugely anticipated 7th edition of his iconic Nightlife mix series on the horizon, 2019 is shaping up to be another huge year for Andy.
